We collect only what you type into our form, use it only to write to you about Vesk Lab, never sell it, and delete it when you ask. The site sets no cookies.
Who is responsible
Vesk Lab is run by Igor Lima, an individual based in Brazil, who decides how your data is used (the “controller” under Brazil’s data protection law, the LGPD). For anything about your data, write to privacy@vesklab.com. That address is our channel for data requests.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your work email and your brand’s website or social handle.
- Where you signed up: which of the two forms you used, the address of the page, and the date and time.
- Emails you send us at our vesklab.com addresses.
- Anonymous visit counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the page that sent you, your country and device type, and how fast the page loaded. It uses no cookies and no local storage, and Cloudflare says it does not use it to track visitors across sites.
We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect payment details, location beyond country, or anything about you from other sources.
Why we use it
- To email you when Vesk Lab launches, and to read three of your ads for free, as the form says.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To see, in aggregate, how many people visit and where they come from, so we can improve the site.
For the list, the legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (LGPD, article 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time, for free. For the anonymous visit counts and for keeping the site secure, the basis is our legitimate interest (article 7, IX); you can object by writing to us.
Where it is kept, and who else touches it
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Three companies process it for us, only to run the site and the email:
- Google stores the list in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and hosts our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this site, forwards email sent to our addresses, and runs the visit counts. Like any web host, it sees your IP address to deliver the page.
Both keep data on servers in the United States and elsewhere. Because we are in Brazil, this is an international transfer under the LGPD; by submitting the form you consent to it (article 33, VIII).
How long we keep it
We keep your email and brand on the list until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe. If Vesk Lab has not launched within 24 months of your sign-up, we delete the list. Emails you send us are kept while the conversation is useful to you, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you, and send you a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- tell you who we share it with (the companies above);
- stop using it, or withdraw your consent.
Write to privacy@vesklab.com. We answer within 15 days and never charge for it. You can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority, the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).
Emails from us
We only write to you about Vesk Lab. Every email says who sent it and how to stop: reply “stop”, or write to privacy@vesklab.com, and we remove you within 10 business days.
Cookies and Do Not Track
This site sets no cookies. It remembers your light or dark choice in your own browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let third parties do so through this site, so there is nothing for a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal to switch off.
Children
Vesk Lab is a service for businesses. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the data you already gave us, we email the list before it takes effect.
